Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have an MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution.

  • A master’s degree (or 16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Clinical & Allied Medical Health Sciences, or Public Health is also accepted.

  • Registration with bodies like PMDC, PNC, or PPC is mandatory.

Experience

  • Candidates must have managerial or administrative experience.

  • Preference will be given to those with experience in managing healthcare facilities, especially in rural or underserved areas.

  • Applicants already working in Basic Health Units (BHUs) are encouraged to apply.

Financial Requirements

  • Applicants need to provide a bank guarantee of at least PKR 0.5 million to prove their financial ability to manage the health center.

Documentation

  • Valid registration certificates and original documents must be submitted.

  • Fake or forged documents will result in disqualification and legal action.

Age Limit

  • The maximum age to apply is 45 years as of the application date.

  • Proof of being a registered taxpayer (Active Taxpayer Certificate).

  • Apply through the online portal provided by the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD).

  • Ensure all fields are filled correctly and documents are uploaded in the required format.

Step 5: Application Verification

  • The selection committee will review your application and verify the authenticity of the provided documents.

  • False or incomplete information can lead to disqualification or legal action.

Step 6: Interview Process

  • If shortlisted, you will be invited for an interview to evaluate your management skills and ability to deliver services.

  • The interview will include an assessment of your EOI, financial stability, and compliance with program expectations.

Step 7: Selection and Contract Signing

  • Selected candidates will sign a contract with the District Health Authority (DHA) and P&SHD.

  • The contract will outline service expectations, payment terms, and reporting requirements.

Step 8: Training and Orientation

  • Once selected, you and your team will attend training sessions organized by P&SHD.

  • Training will cover:
    • Using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
    • Following national healthcare protocols and service standards.
